I would go to hold down while attacking and sometimes the little guy would just slash the air in front of him, falling to his demise. On Xbox, after playing up until the first Hornet fight, I haven’t experienced any kind of input lag, but playing with the controller analog stick made bouncing on enemies and spikes somewhat more challenging for me. I have found that when I’m playing my Switch undocked (my mode of preference), sometimes during platform heavy segments, jumping would neither be unresponsive or so off timed that it would get my killed more often than I’d like to admit. Still haven’t beaten the game officially yet, but I also bought the Xbox One version and I can say there is a difference in visual quality and input lag. Ended up spending over 20 hours playing, and even taking it to work with me to play and complete hidden quests while I’m there. I purchased the Switch version on a whim, not knowing anything about the game. I should Mention that i own the regular (non pro) PS4 System.

I will propably leave the switch Version behind and do my future runs exclusively on PS4 (which also gives you a flashed out Trophy System) BUT even full Price the game is a steal and if you can afford it, get both versions to support the devs! but the visual Quality does make up for it.

The only Thing i am not completely satisfied with is the Controller (dont get me wrong i love the PS4 Controller despite ist much Shorter battery life than the switch one) because the Buttons on the switch pro Controller (which you really should use for docked Gameplay) are slightly bigger than the ones on the PS4 Controller and after comparing the two i realized that i really liked switch more then i thought i would. the upscalingis really awesome and so far the game runs butter smooth on 60fps and i havent experienced any Input lag whatsoever (neither did i on switch). The game is on sale in the european PSN shop Right now (8,99€) and so i bought it a second time (two days ago) on PS4 (just for the 1080p) and dont regret it one bit. usually it runs smooth (not exactly 60fps but close, Maybe 50?) but only in 720p. on VERY rare occasions the game lagged very Little.
